Ian Escalante has spent nearly a decade on the front lines of grassroots politics, driving mobilization efforts and advancing right-wing priorities across the country. He began his political career as Chairman of the Florida Federation of Teenage Republicans, where he organized youth activists and oversaw statewide door-knocking operations. Before cofounding Patterson & Reid LLC, Ian worked with Young Americans for Liberty, serving 3+ years in campus organizing and legislative mobilization. During that time, he led successful student-driven campaigns to defeat the vaccine mandate at the Colorado School of Mines and overturn the non-lethal weapons ban at Florida State University. He also played a pivotal role in organizing college activists to help secure the passage of Constitutional Carry legislation in Texas, Alabama, Ohio, Indiana, and Georgia.
Most recently, Ian served as Executive Director of Rocky Mountain Gun Owners. At Patterson & Reid LLC, Ian focuses on building grassroots operations, securing key endorsements, developing small-dollar fundraising programs, and running our full-service candidate/staff training program.

Grant is a senior fundraiser and former manager of financial operations for one of the largest political organizations in the country. Over the past 7+ years, he has raised millions of dollars for campaigns at both the state and federal levels, helping candidates and committees build the financial foundation needed to compete and win. Before leading large-scale fundraising operations, Grant worked directly in the field, preparing candidates for debates, engaging with more than 100,000 voters at the door, and helping guide multiple campaigns to victory. With a proven record of success across all levels of campaigning, Grant focuses on bringing the financial resources every campaign needs to win.
Beyond that, Grant serves as a strategic financial partner to our clients, advising on long-term campaign planning, budget development, and resource allocation to ensure every dollar is maximized throughout the election cycle. He also focuses on building and preserving donor relationships that endure long after Election Day has passed.

Grant’s passion for politics began in 2015 when he founded a Students for Trump club at his high school with the goal of educating young first-time voters ahead of the upcoming midterm elections. He wanted to give his classmates a place to discuss current issues and understand how elections impact their lives. Later on, Grant joined Senator Rick Scott’s 2018 campaign to unseat incumbent Democrat Bill Nelson. This experience inspired Grant to continue working in the political arena and shaped his personal motto and the mindset Patterson & Reid LLC carries to this day: “There's no room for second place.”
Jared’s passion for politics started early. In 2008, he volunteered on his first political campaign, handing out Mike Huckabee for President stickers to anyone who would take one. What began as just a small act of enthusiasm quickly grew into a career built on strategy, leadership, and public engagement. Years later, Jared founded a Republican club at his high school and transformed it into a force on the ground. Under his leadership, students became campaign volunteers who knocked on doors, made calls, and fought hard for Ed Gillespie’s Virginia gubernatorial campaign.
Years after graduating high school, while serving on a highly competitive Senate runoff campaign in 2019, Jared met Grant Patterson. They connected through a shared commitment to America First principles and an unrelenting drive for success. Their teamwork on that campaign sparked a professional friendship that eventually became Patterson & Reid LLC. A firm founded on experience from the ground up and a belief in helping candidates turn vision into victory.

Mr. Boardman, attending one of the top business schools in the country, oversees Patterson & Reid LLC’s marketing and design team. Before entering the political arena, he founded and operated a successful social media marketing company that delivered branding, graphic design, and outreach services for small businesses. After transitioning his skills into politics, he served as a regional field director overseeing operations for federal campaigns, managing door-to-door outreach efforts, and direct voter contact.
